Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using ZyntaPOS, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the software. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Zynta Solutions Pvt Ltd.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ZyntaPOS within the limits of your subscription plan. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use ZyntaPOS for legitimate retail business operations. You may not use ZyntaPOS to process fraudulent transactions, bypass security controls, or engage in any illegal activity.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data entered into ZyntaPOS. We do not claim any rights over your products, orders, customer information, or other business records. You may export your data at any time.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of the billing date.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime of cloud sync services. However, ZyntaPOS is designed to operate fully offline, so service interruptions do not prevent you from running your business.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zynta Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ZyntaPOS. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
