2. Data We Collect
- Business data: Products, orders, customers, staff — stored locally on your device, encrypted with AES-256.
- Account data: Email address and license key for account management.
- Usage data: Anonymised crash reports and feature usage statistics (opt-in only).
- Website data: Standard server logs (IP, browser, pages visited) — retained for 30 days.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the ZyntaPOS service
- To send license activation emails and billing notifications
- To respond to support requests
- To improve the product (anonymised data only)
4. Data Security
All business data stored by ZyntaPOS is encrypted using AES-256-GCM via SQLCipher 4.5. Encryption keys are managed by Android Keystore hardware on mobile devices. We have no technical ability to read your transaction data or customer records.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to data processing
