Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time; the price difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains on the device in the encrypted local database. You can export it at any time via the built-in export feature before cancelling.
Is pricing in USD or LKR?
Plans are listed in USD. LKR invoicing is available for Sri Lankan businesses — contact sales@zyntasolutions.com.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
